The Athens Heritage House apartment is on the first floor of a Neo-classical 3 story building that
has undergone a total gut renovation and partial rebuild. It is absolutely beautiful.

With threee bedrooms, one en suite, and two full baths, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this
immaculately restored home is an ideal short term rental steps from the Plaka. The bedrooms look out
onto the orange tree lined side street. The narrow street connects into the pedestrian zone that
meanders its way into Plaka, Monasteraki, past the Ancient Agora, around the Acropolis and up
Phillopapou Hill. It is an amazing location!
One block over is another pedestrian zone, lined with cafes and restaurants, and around the corner a
set of stairs leads you to yet another path. If you are a jogger, hiker or just someone who likes to
explore on foot, this is the place to be if you are.

The kitchen and living room are designed with an open floor plan, which is terrific because it opens
on to the
house's courtyard (where the en suite garden studio is located, and which is secluded from the street
and
surrounded on all sides by the building. Filled with flowers and plants, it is a lovely place to
enjoy a cup of
coffee as you plan your day's activities or sip an ouzo or frappe in the late afternoon.

The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, along with plenty of dishes and
cookware.
There is also a full size washer and dryer (no need to spend your holiday hanging clothes out to
dry!). There is
one full bath and one half bath, and a beautiful "bath" room with an original (restored) clawfoot
tub.
