a. Your rental fee, (March-May $1850/wk or $275/night, June- August $2400/wk or $375/night, Sept-November $1650/wk or $275/ Night, December-February $1200/wk or $200/night)Any rental week containing a part of June or September uses the summer rate.

b. Florida State and Walton County bed taxes (11.5% of your weekly rental rate),

 c. A refundable $400 Security Deposit.

 d. $200 Cleaning fee
