Sunset Seas was brought onto the rental Market starting May, 2007,
since it has been on the market we have received lots of positive
feedback, guest are loving this unit! Just look at the calendar, most
of 09 bookings are re-peaters.

"Sunset Seas" Very nicely decorated, is an end unit that has awesome
views of the Gulf from the decks and bay windows that overlook the
half mile of huge dunes in the undeveloped land behind
us. The dune walk over to our beautiful white sand beaches is less
than 150 feet away from the courtyard door and the huge pool is just a
few steps.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with their own full bath & TV complete with
DVD's. The King Master BR suite and living area have VCR's too. The
King Master BR furniture & bed are brand new as of 5/10 and the
bathroom has a hugh Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bed room has 2 twins, the 3rd
bedroom is a queen master suite and the 4th bedroom has another set of
twins that could be moved together for another king if needed.

Each floor has a large covered deck with great views of the Gulf of
Mexico, and the living area deck is screened for your nighttime
comfort. If watching the waves on the beach and listening to the
sounds of the surf from the decks with a cool drink in hand is what
you're looking for, you can have it here.

The kitchen is very well stocked with all brand new small appliances
and dishware, and will be maintained with everything one would need
for preparing meals. There is also wireless high speed internet and
long distance phone service for your convenience.

Attention all nature lovers, bird and wildlife watchers and my
personal favorite, those who LOVE TO FISH!! The months of Sept, Oct
and Nov are absolutely Awesome for these activities. Both Surf and
Offshore Fishing are unbelievably great in the fall; no kidding,
sometimes you will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to
go stroll.

Things to enjoy while visiting the Cape: Strolling on the pristine
beach while dolphins play in the surf. Outstanding fishing right from
the beach or in the huge bay a few minutes away. Sunning by the pool
or beach, quiet time with a book, SUNSETS to die for, beautifully
landscaped grounds, a large state park just minutes a way�. If you
enjoy un-crowded beach vacations, the Cape includes all this and
more, you may discover you�ve found Paradise.

The Cape has bike, kayak, canoe rentals at our local Scallop Cove BP.
Happy Ours also rents kayaks & canoes and offers a guided eco-tour of
the pristine Bay, this is really fun for the 9-16 year olds. She will
take younger ones too in a 2 seater Kayak.

Cone Heads withing walking distance of Seacliffs offers hand dipped
ice cream cones and has expanded their menu to include sanwiches.
Their Hamburgs
Very Good! Loggerheads is a restaurant on the
Cape that has chef prepared fillet or grouper
entree's. The Raw Bar in Indian pass.
Other great restaurants are just a short drive away to Port St
Joe 15 minutes or Apalachicola 30 minutes.

Port St Joe - 14 miles
Historic Apalachicola - 30 minutes
Mexico Beach - 30 minutes
Panama City - 60 minutes
