"Sunset Seas" is an end unit that has awesome
views of the Gulf from the decks and bay windows that overlook the
quarter mile of huge dunes in the undeveloped land behind
it. The dune walk over to our beautiful white sand beaches is less
than 150 feet away from the courtyard door and the huge pool is just a
few steps.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with their own full baths,  The King has a huge jacuzzi tub. Queen room has a tub/shower combo, the 2 twin rooms have a shower stall. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area.

Each floor has a large covered deck with great views of the Gulf of
Mexico, and the living area deck is screened for your nighttime
comfort. If watching the waves on the beach and listening to the
sounds of the surf from the decks with a cool drink in hand is what
you're looking for, you can have it here.

The kitchen is very well stocked with small appliances
and dishware, and will be maintained with everything one would need
for preparing meals. There is also wireless high speed internet and
long distance phone service for your convenience.
