From San Juan Airport (Luis Munoz Marin) is a 2 hr. driving.

$150.00 per night from May to November.
$175.00 per night from December to April.
3 nights minimum, no exceptions.

$4,500.00 per month rate from December to April. (Include Tax & Free Internet Service)
$300.00 incident deposit.

We accept Visa, MC, Cash, Check and Money Orders. All deposit on a 
30 days advance. Balance due paid on arrival. Security deposit will 
be returned if no incident is reported.

Cancellation Fees:
30 days in advance 15% from total rent plus cleaning fees.
20 days in advance 25% from total rent plus cleaning fees.
10 days or less is 50% from total rent plus cleaning fees.
