large fenced in yard and canoe. Largest fenced in area on the lake, about 1 of the 2 acres maybe more... On the waters of Smith Mountain Lake this
log cabin retreat is secluded, in a wildlife refuge looking right at
the mountain and the lake where no one can ever build..Hike or bike
on the trails, sorry no ATV's or quads this is for the physical type
of exercise...bring those dogs! High speed, flat screen TV's with
Cinemax & HBO and pool table & ping pong table, make this home
equipped for your needs. Fenced yard,  2 canoes, high speed & wireless
make this the most popular home on the lake. You need to book early.
The log home interior opens onto a huge screened porch for more
pleasure and actvity and the home has wrap around porches. The two
floors allow for children or teenagers to hang out downstairs while
the parents have their own space upstairs. The fenced in yard allows
for the family dog or the children to play without leaving your site.
The dock has a lift, and the swimming is great back here due to the
no wake zone! You can fish, or jump off the top part of the dock and
swim around without being annoyed by boats, or wakes..new to
the home, walk into the water with steps or by land....for the dogs
and smaller children
After a full day of playing relax at night in the hot-tub or by the
wood fireplace or propane fireplace in the den, with a book from the
homes library.
The bedrooms are restful, the King size sleigh bed has a pillow-top
mattress, and decorated in a cabin theme. The second King bedroom is
decorated in a log/ fish theme. The 2 twins downstairs are decorated in
a log cabin theme. All mattreeses, deep pillow and new!
This is a fully liscensed home.

Fall/ Spring: $2000 week, call for any nightly rates, Oct -1900 a week, 300 nightly

Summer:  --$2600 weekly only, call for Holiday rates

Winter: $ 1350 week, $175 night or $200 nightly - weekend

Add:  Dog Fee: $50- largest fenced in yard on lake
          Cleaning : $125- includes the hot tub service between tenants

Damage deposit - $500 for home 

weeekend rates start thursday nigt and go to sunday pm

Sheets and towels are  included in weekly rates. Sheets are on the bed upon arrival.
