Four Seasons is one of the top 100 rated active resort retirement
communities in the US. It is a
gated, safe, 24 hour guarded, new community. (At least one party
needs to be age 55 or older.) The
community lodge is walking distance with a movie theatre that shows
current movies 3 times a day, a
billiards room, arts and crafts, a full beauty salon, fitness room,
and massage, a computer room with
10 new Dells, a library, and a full service Bistro. The grounds hold
Tennis Courts, Bocce Ball,
paddle tennis, shuffle boards, horseshoes, and pickle ball. There is
an Olympic sized pool with a
separate Jacuzzi, showers and locker rooms. All amenities are
beautifully appointed and spotlessly
clean.

There are Red Hats, Travel and RV Clubs, Bingo, Bunco, Scrabble,
Bridge, Cribbage, Poker, a ballroom,
weekly parties, dancing and fitness classes, golf and fishing clubs.
The largest man-made lake in
California, Diamond Valley Lake, is 5 miles away. There are multiple
golf courses in the area.
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego with the Zoo, Wild Animal
Park, and Sea World are
approximately 1 and a half hours away, along with Hollywood,
Universal Studios, and LA/Orange
County. The closest airports are Palm Springs (45 minutes away) and
Ontario (one hour). There is a
local mall and many restaurants 10 minutes away in Hemet. The Cabezon
Outlet with 250 stores is 30
min. away and Lake Elsinore Outlet 40 minutes. Lawrence Welk Resort
and Theatre is about an hour
away.

$2250 per month plus $ 2000 cleaning and security deposit.
If listed during the months of December thru January the price would be reduced to $2000 per
