This one bedroom condo unit is as close to the beach as walking  
across a bank parking lot!  But, without the "on the beach" prices.   
This unit is homey and comfortable and has 2 pull out sleepers in  
the  
living room, a private bedroom with a queen size bed and dressing  
table/vanity.  A spacious layout and full kitchen are a welcome  
convenience over a small crowded hotel room.  Open the windows and  
experience the light cross breezes that flow through the rooms. The  
unit gets morning sun and afternoon and evening shade. 
 
Laundry facilities are available on-site. 
 
Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a small family of four to  
enjoy.  Condo is located next to Schlitterbahn Water Park. 
 
There is no bad time of year to visit South Padre Island.

$85 per Night - Jan/Feb/Apr/May/Oct/Nov/Dec 
$140 per Night - Jun/Jul/Aug/Sep (thru Labor Day) 
 
$50 refundable security/damage deposit holds your reservation 
$40 cleaning fee added on all stays 
13% occupancy tax added on visits less than 30 days
