This property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located on a
saltwater canal in South West Cape Coral. The property looks down a
small canal and offers an own boat dock.

The pool area has a South rear. There can sit up to 10 people around
the outside table. Of course we have a gas BBQ grill for you and your
family.

We furnished the property with every luxury. The house is quality
furnished and extremely lovely decorated. Also the kitchen is very
well equipped.

Each bedroom offers an own TV. Further we have a 56' TV in the living
room and a 27' TV on the lanai. We also offer a home theater with DVD
player, 2 additional DVD players, a stereo system for the master
bedroom. For raining days we bought family games and a game cube with
games for the children. Of course we also bought some DVDs for your
convenience.

The house has a High Speed Internet Access.

We also can help you to rent a boat.

vacation rental rates

The Villa is available for weekly or monthly periods throughout the
year. Rates are as follow:

year round: US $1550 per week, US $5500 per month
ask for monthly rates between May and mid of December

Subject to final cleaning fee of US $170
Please add 11 % tax

We ask for a security deposit.

The rent is for up to 8 people. For every additional person we charge
US $100 per week.

The costs for heating the pool are US $140 per week.

We ask for plus US $100 for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and
Easter week.
