Fred’s Place on the Lake, located five minutes north of Union
Springs,New York, is a 1,400 square foot apartment of a year round
summer home. Days are filled with endless fun in the sun followed by
picturesque sunsets wrapped around cool summer nights. Enjoy all that
Upstate New York has to offer. Relax and unwind in our little piece
of paradise.

Minimum Rental is six nights!

100’ - level lakefront – 200’ from your door step to the water’s
edge.
4' x 80' Roll-a-dock with 8' x 8' end platform. Water is approx. 4'
deep at the end of the dock.
1 acre of property – huge level yard, great for touch football,
soccer or volleyball games.
Bottom floor/walk out basement of a year round home.
1,400 square foot living area - completely renovated in May 2007.

Renters information:
$1,000 per week – August and September - Saturday 3:00 p.m. to
Saturday 10:00 a.m.
$500 deposit w/ signed rental agreement – balance due 30 days prior.
No refund if cancelled with 30 days of scheduled rental period.
Pets Allowed - $150 pet security deposit.
$300 cleaning/damage deposit – Renter must remove all trash and
debris thus leaving unit “broom” clean.
NO SMOKING INDOORS – renters are responsibility for removal of all
cigarette debris.
Condo is not child-proof.
Maximum total overnight occupants – six
Graduation/Alumni/Parents weekend – call for details October – May.
