Vacation Rental Description

Our off-season rates are hard to beat.  Just $100 per night. 
 
Reservations now being accepted for 2008-2009 ski season. 
 
3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in the Mountain Shadows complex.  Recently 
remodeled kitchen and baths.  5 minutes from Diamond Peak skiing.  
Access to private Incline beaches (additional fee paid to IVGID).  1 
mile to Hyatt Casino & Resort. 
 
Downstairs (entry-level) bedrooms:   
BR #1 with own bath with shower:  Queen (sleeps 2) 
BR #2:  Double (sleeps 2) 
BR #3:  Two Twins (sleeps 2) 
Full bath with tub/shower across from BR #2 & BR #3 
 
Upstairs: 
LR/DR/Fully equipped Kitchen 
 
New comfortable queen sofa bed sleeps 2. 
1/2 bath 
Laundry (washer & dryer) 
Deck  
 
Television with DVD/VCR. 
Free wireless internet (bring own laptop).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming pool in condo complex, visible from deck (open Memorial Day 
to Labor Day).  
Renters also have access, for a fee, to Incline Village's two private 
beaches (one with 
a swimming pool & toddler pool). Both beaches have play structures for 
the kids.

Activities and Attractions

Diamond Peak skiing 5 minutes away.  Hyatt Casino is 0.5 miles away. 
There is plenty to keep a family busy at Tahoe in the summer: hiking, 
swimming, biking, horseback riding, miniature golf, golf, tennis, and 
more. Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, July 12 - August 19, just 15 
minute drive.

$100/night or $700/week . . . Fall (9/4 - 11/26) & Spring (4/16 - 6/16) 
Plus  $100 linens/cleaning fee
