Our 3 BR/2.5BA condo in Incline Village is available at great off-season rates. If you're looking for a place to stay for Sierra Nevada College commencement weekend, we can help you out. And you can easily walk to commencement from our condo.
If you're planning ahead for summer, we've got two open weeks left in August. Check our calendar and yours, and shoot us an inquiry.
We welcome you to make our condo your home away from home. In the summer, the 3 minute drive to Lake Tahoe (Incline Beach) gets you to sun and surf quickly. In the winter, you'll love the 3 minute drive to Diamond Peak and the easy 20 minute drive to Northstar or Mt Rose. And in the off-season, enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer. In the evenings, the gaming of the Hyatt is less than a mile away.
Our condo in the Mt Shadows complex has 3 bedrooms, & 2-1/2 baths. It sleeps 6 in beds (BR 1 has a queen and its own bathroom; BR 2 has a full/double; BR 3 has 2 twin beds). There is also a comfortable queen-sofa bed in the living room. HDTV/Blu-Ray/DVD. Free wifi (bring own laptop). Full laundry. Upgraded kitchen and baths. Propane gas grill on the deck.
The upstairs great room is just what you want for a family and friends vacation. A few are working on a jigsaw puzzle at the dining room table; others are watching a movie on the Blu-Ray player; the kids are playing one of the many board games stored at the condo; and the cooks are prepping something yummy while joining in the conversation (and occasionally adding a piece to the puzzle).
Our winter & summer rates are $160/night or $960/week, plus a $125 linens/cleaning fee.
Great off-season rates too: $100/night from Apr 1-Jun 30 and Sep 1-Nov 14. Check the availability calendar and then send us your inquiry!

Swimming pool in condo complex, visible from deck (open Memorial Day
to Labor Day).
Renters also have access, for a fee, to Incline Village's two private
beaches (one with a swimming pool & toddler pool). Both beaches have play structures for the kids.

There is plenty to keep a family busy at Tahoe at any time of year: hiking,
