Accomodations: One story house, 2 Bedrooms, Den with Daybed, 2 Full

Experience the allure of graceful Hawaiian living at charming Hale  
Nui. A secluded oasis, located down a long palm lined driveway in  
Ewa Beach, Hawaii. Hale Nui is situated directly on the oceanfront  
of Oahu’s southwest shore. Enjoy a comfortable tropical lifestyle  
while basking in the feel of a time gone by. 
  
Upon your arrival you will be enveloped in a lush, natural, tropical  
landscape. Swaying palms gently bend to the rhythm of gentle trade  
winds. The bouganville framing the entryway greet you warmly as you  
enter into a different time and place. As scented plumeria fragrance  
fills the air, the hibiscus and napaka provide a colorful framework  
to complete this natural picture. 
  
Step back into time as you enter this quaint oceanfront setting,  
filled with teak, koa and bamboo furnishings, that give the feel of  
an easy waterfront lifestyle. The master bedroom has an air  
conditioner and contains a queen sized bed with a television and DVD  
player. The nearby smaller bedroom with a twin bed is excellent for  
accommodating children, there is also a full size daybed in the den  
area. The living room area contains a large television with DVD  
player, AM/FM /CD player, digital phone service with unlimited long  
distance calling, and Wi-Fi, high speed internet access. There is  
also a fold out futon couch. There is a fully furnished kitchen with  
enough equipment to keep any chef happy, an out door patio with a  
dining table and chairs, and a gas Bar B Que grill. By opening the  
windows, you will sleep soundly to the hypnotic rhythms of the  
nearby pacific ocean. 
 An endless array of activities, both in and out of the water,  
awaits your pleasure at Hale Nui. To include: swimming, surfing,  
snorkeling, ocean kayaking, fishing or simply walking along a  
pristine white sand beach, collecting seashells. Don’t be surprised  
to see “monk seals” or “sea turtles” sunning themselves on the  
beach, it’s a frequent occurrence. The night views of Waikiki’s city  
lights, or…a moonlight stroll along a secluded beach, is truly an  
unforgettable experience. 
  
Five minutes away from your location is a series of shopping centers  
containing grocery stores, dry cleaning services, movie rentals,  
drug stores and a multitude of fast food and local ethnic  
restaurants for all of your immediate needs Also nearby are six golf  
courses, tennis courts and a historic train ride attraction. 
  
Just a convenient commute away are more venues for your viewing,  
shopping, and dining pleasure. Featuring the Waikele Outlet Shopping  
Center, providing name brand designer wear at a discount price. Also  
nearby are the Hawaiian Adventure Water Park, the USS Arizona  
Memorial, the USS Missouri, and the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet. The  
North Shore is approximately 30 minutes away from your vacation  
rental with many great attractions such as the Dole Plantation, the  
Macadamia Nut Farm, Waimea Falls, the Polynesian Cultural Center and  
several unique shops and restaurants…and did I mention the world  
famous surfing beaches, such as Pipeline and Sunset.

 Hale Nuii is an attached to a smaller Beach house called Hale Lii.   
We only rent out one side at a time so that all of our guest are  
assured a private Beach House.  Occasionally there may be a day or  
two with a neighbor next door.  Each house has it's own entrance,  
fenced yard and laundry area.  Renting Hale Nuii & Hale Lii together  
for a small family reunion is a great idea.

Vacation Rental Rates

$250-$295/night (5 night minimum -unless between bookings) 
$295/night, Dec 15-Jan 05 20% Deposit to hold a  
reservation. 
50% due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival. 
Add: $175 Cleaning out fee. 
Add: 11.96% Hawaii tax. 
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.  Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
