Vacation Rental Description
We have multiple suites throughout the hotel including 1BR, 1BR/Jr. Suite combinations and adjoining
jr. suites so we are rarely sold out.
This 550 sq. ft. Jr. Suite is located on the 15th Floor with a
beautiful pool and mountain view.
The suite offers elegant amenities including deluxe king bed with
pillow-top mattress and 300 ct. exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets,
marble and granite bathrooms with two person Jacuzzi whirlpool tub
and designer spa products, Queen sized pull out bed in the living
area, 2 LCD flat screen HDTV's, high speed wi-fi internet access and
an ipod docking staton.
The Signature is an exclusive guard gated resort on the grounds of
the MGM Grand. Their full service includes 24 hour concierge and
valet service.
Guests staying at The Signature have access to all of the MGM Grand
amenities including the pools and world famous restaurants. Only
Signature guests have access to its private pools, restaurant,
lounge, fitness center and, of course, their very own Starbucks.
This suite is located in Tower 1 which is the closest tower to the
MGM Grand and all of its facilities.

Vacation Rental Amenities
UPDATE-As you may know the hotel no longer provides housekeeping services and amenities to suites not
booked through the hotel. This includes bed linens, towels bathrobes, toiletries, coffee, etc. Most
of the owners/management co.'s have chosen to significantly downgrade or eliminate these items and
contract with third parties for cleaning.
We have chosen to keep the same quality products or higher than those offered by the hotel in all of
our suites. We have our own housekeeping company that services our suites exclusively. As owners we
are very focused on providing immaculate suites to our guests.
Here are some of the features that help separate us from the others:
High quality bed linens, towels and robes provided from the same source as the hotel
Upgraded amenity products in the bathrooms: Gilchrist & Soames along with Molton Brown in our
penthouse suites
Starbucks coffee in all of our suites in place of the generic hotel brand
Flavored Vitamin water in our penthouse suites
Complimentary issue of 944 magazine, a great source for everything Vegas

We are locals and offer our guests up to the minute information on
the best restaurants, shows and nightclubs including the best nights
to go where.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates will be 25% off the daily hotel rate. We will be happy to
respond to your e-mails and provide you with a total price. If you
wish to immediately determine your price, go to the
signaturemgmgrand website to enter your dates. Add the 9% hotel tax
to the total then subtract 25% off. Please add the MGM required $15
daily resort fee (access to the fitness center, free wi-fi in room
and resort, bottled water, paper.)
Our rates always include daily maid service and check out cleaning!

Upon payment you will receive a written confirmation of your
reservation from The Signature at MGM Grand.
When e-mailing your request please indicate your check in date and
the NUMBER OF NIGHTS you would like to stay.
We appreciate your business and do our best to provide you with the
utmost in customer service! We respond to all e-mails within the day.
Check in time is 3pm at the front desk and check out is 11am.
Refunds cannot be provided. All reservations are FINAL.
We offer a 5% Discount for referrals to be given upon next booking!
Your savings on a typical 3 nights stay will be approx. $200-300.
