This Second floor vacation unit over looks the Manatee Pocket with 
Key West sunsets. Enjoy the screened-in deck over looking the Pocket.
The unit has three bedrooms;one with a double bed,the second bedroom 
with a queen bed,and the third bedroom with a twin bed.
In adition to cable TV and DVD?VCR the vacation cottage also offers; 
an electric grill,one covered parking space,a washer/dryer, full 
bath with tub and shower, full kitchen, dinning area, and living 
area over looking the Pocket.Also a large screened -in pourch over 
looks the Pocket.Linen is included. Please e-mail, if you include

Vacation Rental Amenities

Covered parking space,washer/dryer,TV,VCR,DVD,telephone for local
calls, electric grill, water at your front yard, Small boat dockage 
when available on site. Steps to Hinckley Boat Yard. Dog and cat 
friendly. Linen and towels included. Beach chairs and towels 
included.

Activities and Attractions

Stuart is a great place to vacation,to buy your new boat,have repairs
made to your present boat, go fishing ,play golf, eat and shop.

Palm Beach, Miami, Vero Beach,Lake Okeechobee and Disney World are 
all only a 1-2 hour drive. Manatee Pocket is known as the Sailfish
capitoal of the world for good reasion. Several world class mariners
are based in Manatee Pocket with a charter fleet second to none all
only a mile to the inlet.

Vacation Rental Rates

January, February, March, April @ $3000 per month.
May, June, July, August, September @ $1800 per month.
November, December @ $2500.
