FUN Family Home at 65th & Ocean Block, Steps to the Beach! in Ocean City

Welcome to our home.  This single family home on 65th Street is steps from the beach, with a deck, yard, outdoor shower and off-street parking for 2 to 3 vehicles.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen,
dining room and living room/sun room. The first floor has bedroom #1
with 1 full-size bed, bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds, kitchen, full
bath and living room/sun room with entertainment center, full-size
pull-out sofa bed and second dining area. Second floor has loft with
1 queen-size bed plus a pull-out futon and full bath.

Our home is great for the kids, with miniature golf down the block, video,
grocery store and liquor store across the street, and great
restaurants nearby. Awesome house for families! The property is a 1/2 block to the beach. At the end of the day, head to the outdoor shower to rinse off, before relaxing on the deck, while the kids play in the yard.

Linens are not included. You must supply your own sheets and towels.
Cleaning service is included in the rates.
The house is available for families and adults over 23 years of age.

WE DO NOT RENT FOR SENIOR WEEK. WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS.

2010 Summer Rates-

June 6- June 13.................$1450/week
June 13-June 27 ............... $1675/week
Jun 27-August 22 .............. $1950/week
Aug 22-August 29 .............. $1750/week
Aug 29-November 7 ............. $200/night with 3 night minimum

All pricing includes cleaning fee. Taxes and a refundable security
deposit of $150.00 are additional.
