This superb 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, ocean view condo that sleeps 6,
is located on the beach at Sands Ocean Club in the Shore Drive area.
This great location is central to Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. From
the living room to the master bedroom, you’re always looking at the
ocean. Both rooms have access to the large deck, overlooking the
water. Enjoy the beautiful Myrtle Beach sunrise from your bed every
morning. Decorated in a palm tree theme, the master bedroom has a
queen bed, TV with DVD player and large closet. Across the hall is
easy access to the master bath, with tub/shower combo, ceramic tile
floors and a large counter top for all of your personal belongings.
The kitchen offers a spacious area with bar seating, large
refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, stove, coffee
maker, toaster, microwave, ceramic tile floors and plenty of cabinet
and counter space. The second bedroom, decorated in the ocean theme
of sea life, has 2 twin beds and dressers. Across the hall is the 2nd
full bath with a large shower and ceramic tile floors. The
beautifully decorated living area is spacious with a great view of
the ocean, comfortable queen sofa bed that can sleep 2 and TV with
VCR/DVD combo player and Atari flashback game system. The dining area
can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Central heat and A/C makes your stay
cozy and relaxing. The complex has brand new coin operated washers
and dryers for your convenience.

except Easter week and Spring Break week. Add 10% per night for these
weeks.
Summer ... May 19,2007 - Sept 08,2007 ..$ 1250/weekly only
Fall ... Sept 09 2007 - Oct 27, 2007..$ 130/night...$ 850/week
Winter ... Oct 27,2007 - Mar 02,2008. $ 90/night...$ 600/week
Stays less than 6 days, add $50 to the total for cleaning and linens.
Monthly rates available by request.
Departure cleaning and linen use are included in the rental cost.
There is no periodic cleaning during the stay.
Rental week is from Saturday until Saturday
$200 refundable damage deposit is not included in the above prices
Renter must be at least 25 years old.
No pets, no smoking, and no motorcycles please.
