About Sarasota in General:

Sarasota is the home of perfect pure white (like fine sugar)
beaches. Siesta Key is a fifteen-minute drive away.
Sarasota also offers State Parks with alligator sightseeing boat
rides, tropical gardens, premium outlet malls and shopping at world-
renowned Saint Armand's Circle. The town is also a fine cultural
venue with film and music festivals, art shows, ballet, opera, and
many other social events.

Walt Disney World/Epcot Center is a two-hour drive away, Busch
Gardens - one-hour drive, Sea World and Dolphin Encounters at
Discovery Cove - approximately two hours.

- Garage presently houses the owners car but, there is access to a charcoal grill, beach chairs, two bikes, two golf pull carts, storage for golf clubs, luggage, etc.

Because your rental includes the opportunity to use our Membership
Transfer Package (cost: one-time charge of $200.00 as of
2012), two people can schedule tee times, play golf, play tennis,
and use all the club facilities for the length of the stay with the
same rights and privileges of a club member/owner.

Heritage Oaks offers 5 heated swimming pools (one is 100 yards from
your rental unit), tennis on "Har-Tru" courts, fitness and the
beautiful Heritage Oaks clubhouse with restaurant, lounge, and 19th
hole grille for both casual and more formal dining.

Relax and unwind in the fitness center with jacuzzi type spa
pool, showers, and views of the golf course. There are wonderful
daily fitness programs at the fitness center along with activity
groups, and clubs within the community.

As transfer members you will also have use of the lighted "Har-
Tru" tennis courts, driving range, putting green, and miles of
peaceful walking paths.

The "crown jewel" is the golf course which is just
spectacular. The greens are reputedly the smoothest and truest in
the entire area. There is a very nice practice facility as well
which includes a huge practice green, a bunker and chipping practice
area and, of course, a driving range.

In 2007 the Club built a beautiful 19th hole Grill Room for
casual eating after golf, swimming or tennis. 

There is also a brand new PUBLIX supermarket located just 1/2 mile away for your convenience (Corner of Bee Ridge Rd and Bee Ridge Extension).

Also Included:

Some available storage area within the garage (Note: owner's car is housed in the garage.), Broadband DSL Internet, Phone with answering machine, Air Conditioning/Heating, Cable TV, Toaster Oven and Microwave in Kitchen, Dishwasher, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Two Bicycles: Man & Ladies. Two golf pull-carts.  Common area Pool is just 100 yards away.  Jacuzzi style heated spa is at main Clubhouse.  Owners have just updated (2011)the kitchen with granite counter tops and a new sink. Also recently re-painted living room in 2011.

Also: Relatives of owners live nearby in case of any breakdowns,
needed fixes, or emergencies (eg. lost keys).

There is a $200.00 membership transfer fee which is required by Heritage Oaks which is in addition to the rental rates quoted below.  If you rent for two months or more, I will pay for this fee.

NOTE: While the condo itself does not have it's own individual pool or spa, we are located just 100 yards from a beautiful common use pool and the main clubhouse pool has a heated spa with massage jets.

Minimum rental period is one month but a substantial segment of a month will work! Sometimes, (especially December) I can rent you a couple weeks, but probably not in January through April.

Again, all above quoted rates include the Florida State Rental Taxes!

$750.00 Security Deposit required (refundable after phone bill is
received by landlord).

$80.00 Cleaning Fee.

No Pets & No Smoking!

Membership Transfer and Golf Fees:

There is a $200.00 (latest updated fee - 2012!) Membership
Transfer Fee (which is good for 2 people) - This entitles you to
full member privileges including use of the golf course, free tennis, fitness facility, pools, hot-tub, etc. Your golf fees are your cart and greens fees which vary
depending on the months of the season. At the highest season (Jan,
Feb, & Mar.) they will be about $50.00 per person excluding tax for 18 holes( including cart). 9 holes will cost about $25.00. In the months of Nov. Dec. and April, this drops to about $39.00 per person for 18 holes and $20.00 for 9 holes, again cart included.

Renters with transferred membership can walk the course for
9 holes after 3:00 pm for around $13.00 and ride (9 holes) for
around $22.00 - $25.00 depending on season.

These fees are as of 2012-13.
These rates are, like everything else in life, subject to change.  The club does feature occasional special lower rates to encourage play for slower periods. E-mails are sent out to announce these and they appear on the local TV channel.
