Vacation Rental Description

This Non-Smoking duplex is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula in the
Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. The unit is beautifully decorated,
fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. Inside the front
door you will be welcomed with spacious accomodations, ceramic tile,
natural berber carpet and whimsical tin art throughout. The fully
equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three and an
open dining area with a table for six. The living room invites you
with a cushy sofa that opens to a full bed, a love seat, TV/DVD and
stereo/CD player.
Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom provide a
panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. The
master bedroom has a king bed with a garden tub and shower. One guest
bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a queen bed. The other guest
bedroom has a double and a single bed. The unit is located in the Gulf
Shores Plantation which is a gated and seaside resort with 24 hour
security.

Experience the sugar white sands, natural dunes, beautiful 
landscaping, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the many outdoor 
activities or just relax on a pristine private beach. For your 
enjoyment are six outdoor pools, one indoor pool, jacuzzis, sauna, 
fitness room, eight tennis courts (seven lighted), a lighted 
basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes and sand volleyball.

Gulf Shores Plantation Resort is steps away from Kiva Dunes Golf 
Course (the award winning Jerry Pate designed golf course which is 
rated #1 in Alabama). Many other signature golf courses are nearby.

Weekly Rate:  Summer: June 1 - Aug 13  $2200/weekly
              Fall:   Aug 14 - Oct 31  $1350/weekly
              Winter: Nov 01 - Feb 28  $1100/weekly
              Spring: Mar 01 - May 31  $1750/weekly

Nightly Rate: Fall:   Aug 14 - Oct 31  $220/nightly
              Winter: Nov 01 - Feb 28  $180/nightly
              Spring: Mar 01 - May 31  $280/nightly

Policies, Deposit & Refund Information:

*Must be 25 or older to rent.
*No sororities, fraternities, school, civic or youth groups allowed.
*Absolutely No House Parties Allowed.
*Violations are grounds for eviction and forfeiture of deposit and   
rent.
*Non-refundable reservation fee of $25.
*Deposit of $300 (check, money order, Visa or Mastercard) - 
refundable upon inspection of the unit after departure.
*Deposit of $300 with $25 reservation fee is due in order to hold 
reservation.
*Deposit refund is Forfeited in the event of Any Cancellation.
*Full rental amount is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival or 
reservation will be cancelled & deposit forfeited.
*Cancellation or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival 
date that result in a shortened stay or change of dates will Forfeit 
the Full Rental Payment.
*No Refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal
circumstances.
*Owners of Paradise Dreams duplex reserve the right to refund 
deposits & rental payments, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if
in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property.
