This Non-Smoking duplex is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula in the
Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. The unit is beautifully decorated,
fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. Inside the front
door you will be welcomed with spacious accomodations, ceramic tile,
natural berber carpet and whimsical tin art throughout. The fully
equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three and an
open dining area with a table for six. The living room invites you
with a cushy sofa that opens to a full bed, a love seat, TV/DVD and
stereo/CD player.
Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom provide a
panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. The
master bedroom has a king bed with a garden tub and shower. One guest
bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a full bed. The other guest
bedroom has a double and a single bed. The unit is located in the Gulf
Shores Plantation which is a gated and seaside resort with 24 hour
security.
Experience the sugar white sands, natural dunes, beautiful

Policies, Deposit & Refund Information:
*Must be 25 or older to rent.
*No sororities, fraternities, school, civic or youth groups allowed.
*Absolutely No House Parties Allowed.
*Violations are grounds for eviction and forfeiture of deposit and
rent.
*Non-refundable reservation fee of $25.
*Deposit of $300 (check, money order, Visa or Mastercard) -
refundable upon inspection of the unit after departure.
*Deposit of $300 with $25 reservation fee is due in order to hold
reservation.
*Deposit refund is Forfeited in the event of Any Cancellation.
*Full rental amount is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival or
reservation will be cancelled & deposit forfeited.
*Cancellation or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival
date that result in a shortened stay or change of dates will Forfeit
the Full Rental Payment.
*No Refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal
circumstances.
*Owners of Paradise Dreams duplex reserve the right to refund
deposits & rental payments, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if
in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property.
