Playas Bougainvillas is located on Playa Del Norte a short walk 
(10houses) from world famous windansea beach. The upstairs living  
area 
has an ocean view, and nice ocean onshore breezes in the afternoon.  
 
 
Please check the calendar for availability. 
 
The unit is pictured without furniture. But will be completely 
furnished    
POLICIES: 
* No Smoking 
* Payment Options: Personal/Business check, Cashiers Check, Money  
Order, Paypal, Visa, Master Card. 
* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season. 
  (mid June thru 1st week in September)rest of the year a 3 night  
minimum. 
* Check-in after 2:00pm.  Check-out by 10:00 am 
* A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates. 
* Security deposit of $300.00 is refundable shortlly after departure  
if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition. 
* Information such as obtaining keys and who to call for assistance  
will be sent after receipt of final payment. 
* Rates include maid service on departure.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bougainvillas is a spacious two bedroom two bath unit. The 1000  
square 
foot living area is upstairs down stairs.  
 
Upstairs is the living area, kitchen and full bath.  
 
Down stairs are the 2 bedrooms full bath and utility area. One  
bedroom 
has a small patio off the 6 foot slider. 
 
The townhome will sleep 6 and comes complete with a queen size bed in 
both bedrooms and a full futon upstairs  
 
All kitchen items, pots,pans lenins, and bath towels are provided, 
even the kitchen sink!
