This villa is close (10 houses) to world famous
Windansea beach. The upstairs living
area has an ocean view, and nice ocean breezes in the
afternoon.

POLICIES:
* No Smoking
* Payment Options: Personal/Business check, Cashiers Check, Money
Order, Paypal, Visa, Master Card.
* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season
(mid June thru 1st week in September). The rest of the year a 3 night
minimum stay is required.
* Check-in after 2:00pm. Check-out by 10:00 am
* A 10.5% city hotel tax will be applied to all rentals.
* Security deposit is refundable shortlly after departure
if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
* Information such as obtaining keys and who to call for assistance
will be sent after receipt of final payment.
