jet ski in this clear water lake.
Very modern floorplan on first floor includes master bedroom/master bath with large
Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, living room and porch both overlooking the lake, and
an extra half bath. Rustic style second story floorplan includes 3 bedrooms/2 full baths,

Cable TV & DVD, full kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, washer/dryer, clean linens,
canoe and paddles, 140 ft. dock with 10 x 10 deck for fishing, feeding the turtles or just
lying back to enjoy the scenery & sunset.
With 3 queen beds, one daybed with pop-up trudle, two double futons and a queen
sleeper sofa, this rental can sleep 8 separately or up to 14 doubled up. That's enough for
a family reunion!
Many renters share this lake house between two families, making this VERY AFFORDABLE.

Canoeing, fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, wildlife viewing all available
on site.
A 16 ft aluminum canoe and paddles are provided free of charge. Other equipment is not
provided.
Sebring Raceway, golfing, movie theaters, shopping/antiquing, great restaurants are all
available within a few minutes drive. Orlando theme parks 1 hour drive.

$495 for 3-day rental, $640 for 4-days, $775 for 5-days, $870 for 6-days, $945 for 1-
week, except as below. Call for discounted rates on longer stays.
HOLIDAYS: Add $200 to above weekly rate on New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, prorated for shorter stays.
Sebring Races $1800 per week or $300 per day. Must rent for full race dates minimum.
$110 basic cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit required for all rentals.
Actual cleaning fee may be slightly higher.
Parties of 8 or more: additional $14/day each for person # 8 and beyond.
Pets are welcome at an additional $7 per day each.
Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to rental. PayPal required within 30 days prior to rental, with an additional 3% to cover PayPal fees.
