Vacation Rental Description

This charming lakefront chalet can be yours for a long weekend, by the week or longer. Located 
directly on beautiful Lake Sebring with over 130 feet of private white sand beach, a private 
dock and nearby to a secluded community boat ramp. Beautiful 16 ft. aluminum canoe and paddles 
provided! Fully furnished, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, relaxing whirlpool tub in master bath. Absolutely 
gorgeous sunsets as porch and dock face due west! Swim, canoe, water ski or jet ski in this clear 
water lake. 

Very modern floorplan on first floor includes master bedroom/master bath with large Jacuzzi tub 
and separate shower, living room and porch both overlooking the lake, and an extra half bath. 
Rustic style second story floorplan includes 3 bedrooms/2 full baths, family room and balcony 
both overlooking the lake. Sorry, this beautiful lakefront home is NOT FOR SALE!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV & DVD, full kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, washer/dryer, clean linens, 16 ft. aluminum 
canoe and paddles, 140 ft. dock with 10 x 10 deck for fishing, feeding the turtles or just lying back 
to enjoy the scenery & sunset. 

With 3 queen beds, one daybed with pop-up trudle, two double futons and a queen sleeper sofa, this 
rental can sleep 8 separately or up to 14 doubled up. That's enough for your family reunion or your 
entire pit crew! 

Activities and Attractions

Canoeing, fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, wildlife viewing all available on site. 
A 16 ft aluminum canoe and paddles are there for your use during your stay, at no additional 
cost. Other equipment is not provided.  

Sebring Raceway, golfing, movie theaters, shopping/antiquing, great restaurants are all available 
within a few minutes drive. Orlando theme parks 1 hour 10 minutes drive. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$495 for 3-day weekend, $650 for 4-day weekend, $950 per week, except as below.  
Call for rates on longer stays.

HOLIDAYS: Add $200 to above rates on New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, 
Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
   
Sebring Races $1800 per week or $300 per day.  Must rent for full race dates minimum. 

$90 basic cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit required for all rentals. 
Actual cleaning fee may be higher.

Parties of 8 or more: additional $15/day each for person # 8 and beyond. 

Pets are welcome at an additional $10 per day each.
