the Westlake and Pacific Place Malls. We offer studios, 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments and a stunning 1 Bedroom Penthouse apartment. Our location, price and flexible lengths of stay make us the perfect choice for business  travel, extended stay or relocation.  Minimum 3 night stay required for all reservations - no exceptions.   We offer daily rates May through September.   Weekly and daily rates available October through April.

furnishings, artwork and accessories unique to each owners taste and
style, color TV with 80 channel cable, free high Speed Internet
access, VCR or DVD, fully equipped kitchens complete with
dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, phone with voicemail and

*A 3 night minimum is required for all reservations.  Low monthly and weekly rates are available October through April. Contact office for details.  Parking is $20 per day or $180 per month. 9.5% sales tax applied to stays of under 30
days. A $75 cleaning and 3% damage waiver fee applied to all reservations  Check-in hours are 3pm to 10pm.  There is a $50 fee for check-ins later than 10pm.  Earlier check-ins may be arranged dependong on staff and room are availability.
