Our house is a new listing and JUST renovated. We have new carpeting,
wood flooring a
new stove & mostly all new furniture! This house came out beautiful
and is well equipped. Just bring your groceries! The guests who have
stayed there so far have been overwhelmingly happy. There are 3
bedrooms,
a loft and 2 full bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom is upstairs
has a queen bed a walk in closet, a TV and a private bath. Also
upstairs is the loft (den) with a daybed with trundle that sleeps 2
(the trundle makes it into a king). It offers a large closet with
games and a TV.
The downstairs main area features an open floor plan, a pellet stove
in the Living Room, new couches & a flat screen TV. The beautiful
wood
Dining Room table seats 8 and is the same height as the kitchen
counter.
One bedroom has a full sized bed and the other has a bunk bed with a
full sized futon mattress on the bottom. This room also has a
TV. We have a hot tub right off the deck overlooking the stream.
Fish,
hunt (over the ridge from the backyard) or RELAX in the Pocono
Mountains in
Bushkill, Pennsylvania.
We've all heard about how romantic the Poconos can be, right? Well
it’s
great fun for EVERYONE and only about 80 miles from NYC! You could
be
here
in 2 hours!
Ready to leave the hustle and bustle of city life? Come to "Robin's
Nest"
and watch deer feeding 10 yards from you and birds fluttering right
overhead!
Take a walk
along the stream or hike on the 77,000 acres of state game lands just
across the stream! Fish in the backyard or up the road in our lake -
the waters have plenty of big trout! We are located on a secluded
wooded lot in
a beautiful, amenity-filled development
with a 20 foot wide white water stream right in the back yard. (The
picture above was taken RIGHT off the deck)

Kids will have loads of fun playing on the slides and swings at the
clubhouse and adults will enjoy the sauna and fitness room in the
clubhouse.
If you like to swim, just head up the
road to our indoor or outdoor (seasonally only) pools or a little
further away is our private community lake.
Like to BBQ? Take your pick - on the deck at the house on our brand
new BBQ,
at the clubhouse or up at the lake!
After all of that fun, make your way back to this lovely home and
let the
warmth of the pellet stove fireplace sooth you or the breeze from the
ceiling fan cool you!!
The house offers the following features: three bedrooms, loft (den
that sleeps 2), two baths, sleeps a total of nine to ten people. And
deck overlooking the refreshing stream. For your convenience our home
has an iron/ironing board, alarm clocks, hair dryer, washer, dryer,
gas BBQ grill and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, we provide bed
linens and towels for an additional cost. For even more
entertainment,
there are 4 TVs with cable featuring Straz & Encore premium channels.
For an
additional charge, we invite you rent movies using the Video On
Demand
service but please be sure to contact us for the necessary password.

Rates for "Robin's Nest" 2008 Season:

Weekly (Friday 5pm to Friday 1pm) $750-$950
Weekends (Friday 12pm to Sunday 11am) $475-$600 (2 Nights!)
Weekends (Friday 12pm to Monday 11am) $600-$750 (3 Nights!)

Midweek special: $115 per night (3 nights minimum), $135/night in
season

June-September we are renting on a weekly basis. Exceptions apply

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, President's Day,
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day call for rates.
