Vacation Rental Description

Location...Location...Location...We've got it! 7,000 sq ft home on the bank of Lake Taneycomo, where  
the trout fishing is world famous. Don't fish? Branson's strip is  
only 2 minutes away via the "yellow road." Community boat launch is  
steps away and a nature preserve with walking trails is close by as  
well as a golf course. This property would be perfect for your  
family reunion, church retreat or corporate meeting. 
 
The 3 story house sleeps 12 in 7 bedrooms-4 kings, 2 queens, a bunk  
room with 2 "double under twin" bunk beds, and also 4 cribs. 
 
There are 4 bathrooms, a fenced yard, screened porches or patios on  
each floor, a private boat dock with a slip available for your boat- 
BYO or rent one nearby. Fishing deck on dock as well. 
 
Two fully equipped kitchens with dinnerware to serve 20. 
 
Two items of caution: Lake Taneycomo is a cold water lake.  It is great for fishing but not for  
water sports (swimming, jet skis, etc.).  Also, even though the house is spacious, parking can only  
accommodate 4 cars.  This may make it unsuitable for some larger gatherings.

Winter season (Jan -March 15) 5 night min $350/night $2100/week plus tax 
 
Spring season (March 16-May 15) 5 night minimum  $500/night $3000/week plus tax 
 
Peak season (May 16-Sept 30) 5 night minimum  $600/night $3600/week plus tax 
 
Fall season (Oct 1-Dec 31) 5 night minimum $500/night $3000/weekplus tax 
 
Holiday weeks add $100/night (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years,  
Easter, July 4, Memorial and Labor Day 
 
Other charges-$150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit
