There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the main level along with a full bath.

There is an additional private suite downstairs that is furnished with a king size bed and a queen size pull out couch. This suite also has it's own private full bathroom and patio. Downstairs you will also find the laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer.

The home is on over a half acre so you are not right on top of another cabin.

Guests enjoy the convenience of Bald Ridge Marina around the corner where there is a small grocery store, sandwich shop and full service marina for fuel, fishing gear and supplies as well as a boat ramp. Guests can go into downtown Cumming or Market Place Boulevard which is just a mile away for an array of restaurants, movies, shopping and entertainment. You do not need to get on any major highways to get to Downtown Cumming coming from this location.

This is a great swimming, boating and fishing location. You will really enjoy this true getaway haven.
