Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant or a cleaning service can
be arranged with advanced notice at a cost of $75.00.

For a weekly rental there is a refundable $100. damage/security deposit. The deposit will be mailed back to you within 10 days after check-out. 

Booking policy: 50% of rental fee plus deposit, due at time of reservation. Remaining 50% rental fee due 30 days before weekly rental begins.

If there is availability and booking is short notice, less than 30 days for weekly rentals, entire fee is required at time of reservation.
