$200.00 per night 3 Night Minimum. Based on Occupancy of 1-8 Persons.

Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee $150.00
Security Deposit
Refundable within 7 days after the premises have been vacated and
undamaged $500.00
Policies
Check-in is 3:00P.M. Check-out by 11:00 A.M., except by special
arrangement.
Deposits
Rental Payment: 50% at the time of reservation payable by check or
money order. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. I now accept
credits
Refunds
All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of
$500.00. For reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to
scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented
for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will
be refunded less the $500.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be
made for early departures or if number in party decreases.
