Vacation Rental Description

This is a great house hidden on a secluded street behind a wooden   
gate. When you enter a large front yard greets you with its  
flowers, trees and neatly manicured yard. 
 
It is just 3 blocks from the village in a quiet neighborhood. The  
house was just fully remodeled before the family moved. It feels  
like a home on Martha's Vineyard with its architecture, and east  
coast antiques. It is an very comfortable home for those who  
have good taste.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is ready with ample supplies. The dining room is set for  
8 formaly or informaly out on the deck. The living room has many  
great literary finds to read next to the fireplace. The family room  
has a built in HD TV for great viewing.  A room that can be used as  
the 4th bedroom is also a fully equipped office for those who can't  
leave work behind. It has a queen sofa bed and TV. The master, with  
walk in closets, has a king bed and french doors to the deck. The  
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has  
a queen bed with a view to the lush lawn and garden. Each of those  
bedrooms have a bathroom next door. In between the bathrooms is a  
full laundry area.  A 2 car garage is included. House is equipped  
with wireless internet and calbe tv. Boogie boards,and lawn chairs  
available. BBQ on deck.

Activities and Attractions

Beach is 10 blocks away. Walk to village and grocery store.

Available in February 2008 for year round rentals 
 
Feb 1 to June 6          $2,500 Per week 
June 19 to Sept 1        $3,300 per week 
 
10.5% cleaning fee     $200 cleaning fee extra
