This is a great house hidden on a secluded street behind a wooden
gate. When you enter a large front yard greets you with its
flowers, trees and neatly manicured yard.

It is just 3 blocks from the village in a quiet neighborhood. The
house was just fully remodeled before the family moved. It feels
like a home on Martha's Vineyard with its architecture, and east
coast antiques. It is a very comfortable home for those who
have good taste.

The kitchen is ready with ample supplies. The dining room is set for
8 formally or informally out on the deck. The living room has many
great literary finds to read next to the fireplace. The family room
has a built in HD TV for great viewing. A room that can be used as
the 4th bedroom is also a fully equipped office for those who can't
leave work behind. It has a queen sofa bed and TV. The master, with
walk in closets, has a king bed and French doors to the deck. The
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has
a queen bed with a view to the lush lawn and garden. Each of those
bedrooms have a bathroom next door. In between the bathrooms is a
full laundry area. A 2 car garage is included. House is equipped
with wireless internet and cable TV. Boogie boards, and lawn chairs
available. There is a BBQ on the private deck.

In your private courtyard, you are able to enjoy an intimate evening
with family and friends under the sparkling stars. The yard area
includes outdoor dining table and chairs, propane gas BBQ, ocean view and beautiful and lush landscaping and flowers.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. We also provide boogie
boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels, so that you can
better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small
children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and
baby gates with the rental of this home. You can also rent additional
items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an
additional delivery fee.

This home has both cable TV and Wireless internet to ensure that you stay connected while on vacation. Plus we offer bicycles and a wagon to help you get around town and see all the sights the city has to offer! So whether you want to enjoy a fun night in or a day of adventure we offer everything from grocery delivery service to discount amusement park tickets available on request.

Within a 5 block area you can walk to everything you need in 5 minutes
- beach, shops, casual or world class dining and enjoy the best
Mediterranean climate. Driving a short distance will bring you to the
world famous San Diego Zoo, the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Sea World,
Mission Bay. For the explorer, a two hour drive will take you to
mountains at 6,000 feet or the desert below sea level - probably the
most varied terrain of anywhere imaginable.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to
the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your
