will adults who have a sense of wonder)!! Panoramic
views of the glittering Atlantic via wall-to-wall windows. Large
deck over the ocean. Walking distance to TWO beaches and even an
island!

professor. Wall-to-wall windows showcase the glittering Atlantic
and a nearby island
--Upstairs deck offers more breath-taking views. Deck has patio
furniture, so take your lunch up there and enjoy!
--The ocean can be seen and heard from almost every room in the
house.

Location, Location
--Within walking distance of TWO sandy beaches: Good Harbor Beach
and Long Beach
--At low tide, the waters of Good Harbor Beach part, and you can
walk to a nearby island. (It's amazing--to visualize this, imagine
Moses and the Red Sea.) Bring your shoes or lunch and discover the
island!
--Lots of tidepools to keep the kids entertained (both on the island
and the shore).
--Walking distance to a wonderful local ice cream shop

The house has the following rooms:
--one large master bedroom with King bed and views of the ocean
--one small bedroom with Full/Double bed
--one small bedroom with Twin bed
--one guest room with Queen bed
--two bathrooms
--sun room, dining room, full kitchen, living room

Amenities include:
--Deck w/outdoor table and chairs
--High speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player
--Grill and patio furniture
--Lobster pots, and lobster-eating apparatus
--Beach towels, chairs, and beach toys
--Beach-side spigot
--Washer/dryer
--Linens, towels & pillows
--Full kitchen, w/coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and
everything else

--Relax on one of two beaches in walking distance: Good Harbor Beach
or Long Beach. Wait for low tide and walk to an island!
--Walk to nearby local ice cream stand (amazing variety of fun
flavors)
--Whale-watching, sea-kayaking
--Golf
--Buy fresh lobster from fishermen and cook/eat at home (we provide
pots, cooking instructions, etc.)
--Dig for clams on beach, or explore the tidepools with the kids
--Shopping in adorable downtown area, both Gloucester and Rockport
--Lots of Sicilian pastry shops
--Take an easy bike ride along the shore roads, with views of local
lighthouses
--Visit nearby historical museums/sites or the Rocky Neck art colony
and see how the artists have painted Cape Ann's unique light.

Gloucester is a small fishing community (a lot of the taxi driver
are ex-fisherman!), beautifully situated along the Atlantic coast.

$3400 per week in high season (July 1-Labor Day weekend)
$1100 per week off season (Oct 1-May 15)

Shoulder Season:
$2200 per week in June,
$1750 perweek in Sept.

Rates do not include $150 cleaning fee. $500 security
deposit required. $600 with pets. Note: Until confirmed, rates are
subject to change without notice.

Rents weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions only in off-season and on case-by-case basis.
