Folly Beach upstairs cottage - Large deck for sunbathing with
outdoor furniture and picnic table adjoining the glassed -in
spaceous porch with table for dining . Rental property completely
fenced in. Outside shower under deck. Central air conditioned, Ceil
fans throughout.

Tenants need to bring their own linens, towels and washclothes.

Remember to bring your beach chairs and beach towels.

Kitchen - full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) Gas cooking stove
and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster,
electric can opener, cookware (pots and pans), tableware to
accomodate 8 twice, Dining table with 4 chairs.
Bring you own paper products and dish washing detergent.

Laundry room - with washer and dryer, broom,dust pan, vacuum
cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Family room - sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, 32" color
t.v.(directv), dvd player, vcr and stereo.

Master bedroom - King size bed, chest of drawers, bed-side table
with lamp and clock radio.

Second bedroom - Double bed with triple dresser, nightstand and lamp

Third bedroom - Queen size bed with chest of drawers, night stand
with lamp and clock radio.

Bonus room - 2 Twin beds with chest of drawers, night table with
lamp and clock radio.

Bathroom - Full bath with tub/shower.

15 minutes from Historical Charleston, Charleston county water park
10 minutes away. Excellent restaurants on Folly Beach and James
Island. Boat landing 2 minutes away. Folly River Park has dock for
fishing or crabbing. Play ground for kids 2 blocks away with
basketball and tennis courts. Make time to enjoy the Folly Beach
Pier over the Beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

2009 Rates (Weeks run Saturday to Saturday) No Pets

May thru September $1150.00 per week
October thru November $900.00 per week
December $800.00 per week
January thru April $995.00 per week

Must be 24 or older to rent this cottage.

Check in is at 2:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am - this allows
the cleaning crew time to clean before next tenant's arrival.
$200.00 security deposit required at time of reservation with rental
fees due 2 weeks before rental date starts. Security deposit will be
refunded if cottage is left in the condition that it was found.
