Vacation Rental Description

This 2 b/r, 2 bath condo is located in the highly desirable West 
Gate area of the Cathedral Canyon Country Club. The community is 
gated with a security guard at the gate from 7am to 7 pm each day.
The condo views the 9th green and the 4th tee of the Mountain Course
on the 27 hole Cathedral Canyon Golf Course. The unit is 1500 sq.ft. 
all on one level with it's own locking gated courtyard. Attached 
garage with door opener. The pool and hot tub/spa are 50 feet from 
the front gate. This is a Non-Smoking unit. 
The unit is light and airy with wonderful views all around.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is turnkey with linens, towels, dishes, dishwasher, 
microwave, dvd player, etc. Everything that you would expect in a 
home. Three tv's with cable including Hbo. New gas barbeque.
Master bedroom has a new King size bed. 2nd bedroom has a Queen.

Activities and Attractions

Come to the desert and enjoy what you like. Cathedral Canyon Golf 
Course is challenging and reasonably priced.  When you are tired of 
golf you can play tennis. Or you can relax by the pool and enjoy the 
sunshine. If none of that suits you just sit on the back patio and 
watch the frustrated golfers go by.
The condo is located about 10 minutes from the airport and mid-way 
between downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Close to shopping, 
sight seeing or most whatever that you want to do.

Vacation Rental Rates

Oct 1 - April 30  (all amounts u.s. dollars)
weekly  $1,100    monthly $3,000

two months $2,850 per month, 3 months $2750 per month, 4 months $2650
per month

$500 deposit fully refundable less $100 cleaning fee. Any damage
beyond normal wear and tear would be deducted from the remaining $400.

Off season rental is also available.
