Suite includes a full bath with Roman shower, his and hers vanities,  a huge walk in closet, queen 
bed and a 
walk out to the lanai.  The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with TV.  The third bedroom offers

Vacation Rental Rates

Condo Available for 2 Month minimum Rental Only.

May thru October      $ 1650.00/month

November & December         $ 2100.00/month

January, February, March        $ 2950.00/month

April         $ 2250.00/month

$800 Refundable security deposit

There will be a $45.00 Charge for High Speed Internet and a $45 Charge for digital phone plus 
activation fee.  There will also be a $100.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit.  If pets have been 
present during the stay the cleaning fee will be $150.00.  Utilities are included up to $100.00 per 
month.  Any utility use over $100. per month will be deducted out of the deposit.  This usually does 
not occur in the months of Nov-April.
