outstanding on-site amenities to create a development which is
unique to Panama City Beach. SPLASH offers a spectacular array of
amenities. . . .over 400 feet of pristine Gulf front, five (5)
distinct waterpark environments, full fitness center with juice bar,
island style beach bar & grill, and covered parking. Interactive
water toys, dive-in movies, video arcade day camps...it's all here
at SPLASH. The facilities are ideal for kids and adults alike - -
fun for everyone!

The island style beach bar & grill and Dive-in movies are open
SEASONALLY - Memorial Day ----- Labor day.

Brand new in March 2007 and beautifully decorated, this unit
welcomes you with comfortable luxury. Large and inviting entryway
welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf
clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo.

The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy
and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable queen
sleeper sofa and chairs. There’s a large television with DVD player
and surround sound – all this with a gorgeous view from the sliding
glass doors and direct access to the main balcony.

MASTER BEDROOM features king size bed and private bath. Large
bathroom features garden tub and separate shower. The upscale bed
and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and
fun artwork. This bedroom features a 27” TV with DVD player as
well. Sliding glass doors open right out to the main balcony and
gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves!

SECOND BEDROOM has a queen sized bed and its own private balcony.
Lovely furnishings, attractive artwork and a TV welcome you to lie
back and relax. This bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom
with shower/tub.

THIRD BEDROOM (2ND Master) features a king sized bed and large
private bath with shower/tub. This bedroom has a “studio” feel and
includes a mini-kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffee maker, wet-bar
and counter area as well as dishes and glassware. There’s even a
bistro table for 2. Enjoy your own private continental breakfast as
you look out to the waves below. This fantastic bedroom has windows
looking out over Front Beach Road in addition to its own private
balcony.

These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA in the living
room allow the unit to sleep 8-10 comfortably with 3 total baths.

The open KITCHEN area has beautiful granite counter tops with
attractive cabinets and appliances. There is also a washer and
dryer for your use. Sturdy DINING table seats six (6) with seating
for three (3) more at the granite bar. From the kitchen, dining
room area and living room look right out to the panhandle’s sugar
white sands and emerald green waters.

This is an end unit facing out over the beach. The main balcony
features two sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access
from both the living room and main master bedroom. Remember each
bedroom has its own balcony! The afternoon sun and breathtaking
sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the
beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the
beach in either direction or watch the action on Front Beach Road.

Picture yourself viewing the emerald vista of the Gulf of Mexico and
the Dan Russell Pier from the balcony. Splash is short distance to
Pier Park, Simon Property Group’s extensive tropical feel Life Style
Center. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment
to Panama City Beach. When finished it will boast approximately 150
stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes
entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual
festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing
sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included amongst
boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are large
retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, Borders Books and Music,
Target, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and an upscale grocery.

In addition there are numerous restaurants including Jimmy Buffet’s
Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Johnny Rockets, Reggae J’s
Island Grill, Destin’s Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak
House, and Ruby Tuesdays as well as two Starbucks.

Rental Rules: Check in is after 3:00 pm and guaranteed by 6:00 pm
(Central Standard Time). Check out is promptly at 10:00am. No pets
are allowed in rental units.

Age Requirements - Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are
prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number
of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age will be
verified upon check-in.

Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false
pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or
security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to
check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be
required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of
all reservation payments.

All units are non-smoking.
