The 12 feet of great room patio doors open fully  - offering a long panoramic view of water, the heated pool, lanai (with 2 loungers and table with chairs) And Afternoon sun you will enjoy is a definite "Plus" on the lanai while you enjoy the heated swimming pool Your home is taken care of with every detail possible - new carpeting, wall decor, Hand built walnut Kitchen cabinets- and Granite counter tops

The Master bedroom boasts a tray ceiling with recessed lighting, offering a King size bed a huge bathroom with oversized tub and shower. Walk in Closet too. ( there is a TV is in MBR too) What makes our house unique is that we built it with the MBR on one side of the house, two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. Allowing Privacy when you want it! There are patio doors in the MBR that open to the lanai and pool- with a panoramic view of water

And all three bedrooms have their OWN Bathrooms!

Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, also with patio doors that also open to the lanai and pool and again- with its own bathroom, and a tv as well. . Bedroom #3 with an "oceanic" theme has twin beds- again- with its own bathroom.

And there is a Pack N Play crib for your little one!

Gourmet Kitchen features custom Walnut cabinetry, 16' ceilings- Granite Countertops, walnut flooring in the work area - dine in the eating area that has yet another set of patio doors to the Lanai/water view , or enjoy your cuisine on the patio furniture on the lanai.

When you are ready to go to the beach, grab the provided beach chairs and umbrellas and your ready to go. Or if you prefer to stick close to home, grab your pole and do some fishing off the dock in the yard.

When you have time after a full day enjoying Marco Island- boating, beaching, shelling or golfing, you can relax and watch one of the three TVs, pop in a DVD, or listen to the stereo. Or grab your favorite book and enjoy reading on the lanai, listening to an occasional fish jumping out of the water to amuse you.
Parks are close. golf and tennis too. And if you have any time left on your trip- do some shopping.
Boat Lift and boat on picture is not available- you may only Day Dock your personal watercraft

House is ready for you- complete kitchen, washer, dryer,  55" HD TV ,   tv in mbr, and br 2.,
DvD, Internet access (upon request) Linens, towels, Heated pool
with a long view of water. Barbeque grill some dinner while
enjoying the spectacular view.    WIFI access

Marco Island has miles of white-sand beaches close by our house and
plenty of recreational activities from shelling, boating, fishing,
parasailing, jet skiing, sailing, golf, tennis, public library,
movie theater, churches, retail shopping, and a park close to our
house. Enjoy watching Manatees and dolphins from our dock in the
backyard- or do some fishing
Boat Lift is in use and not available, If you own a boat, you can day
dock only
