kitchen, king size bedroom with private bath and laundry room
and with a Queen size guest room with cable television and large
closet in the hall to store your ski's. A balcony with views of the
forest and of trees on the Sugar Mountain ski slopes, very private,
and a stone wood burning fireplace. In the living area there is an oversized couch, recliner chair,
rocker with ottoman, lovely dining room, decorated with pictures of by local
artists, wall coverings, and more. Amenities Center With A GREAT
STAFF. The staff can set you up with ski packages and more also they
can direct you to any fun or exciting adventures. An updated condo
with comfort in mind. all new bedroom ensembles, new hardwood floors
in entrance hallway, kitchen and guest bath, and new berber carpet
throughout the rest of this wonderful condo. ALSO HAVE A CONDO with
queen bedroom suite and two twin beds and sleeper sofa on the slopes.

bldg. 3 has comfortable rooms with a queen, 2 twin beds and sofa bed and has completely been updated
with granite and all new furniture so good for 6 guests and bldg. bldg. 2 has king and queen but no
sofa bed yet!
Winter: Ski in/out. Come to see the changing of the leaves in the fall, take a ride on the Blue
Ridge Parkway as see the changing of the colors of these mountains, and of course a must
