Dock privileges with stairway or pathway to lake. Views from every
room. Consisting of two bedroom and den with sofa bed.
Masterbedroom has large bath with shower and bathtub, and two basin
vanity. Bedroom has stone fireplace and balcony.
Upstairs bedroom has bath with shower, two basin vanity.
Livingroom has cathederal beamed ceiling with large stone fireplace.
Included are TV with cable, large sofa, game table, recling chairs.
Adjoing livingingroom is dining area with patio, and BBQ set.
Kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator and Jennair
stove. Everything is furnished.
House is on own well and has water softener.

Owner occipies with family at a seperate guest house down by the lake
at times.

Things to do in the area:
Hiking in Rocky Mountains, driving distance to Glacier National Park.
Fishing off dock permitted. Lake fishing, jet skiing, or white water
rafting available for rent in Polson (20min drive).
Great shopping, art galleries, and live theatre in both Big Fork and
Polson. Native American Pow-Wows are over the 4th of July.
The house is located 70 miles north of Missoula, and 70miles south of
Kalispell.
Suggestion, buy shoes to enter lake as natural rock beach. Stay off
lake if storm is brewing.
