The Baby Bear sits one block from main street in downtown Ouray,
Colorado. It's Chalet look makes for a perfect home away from home
in the beautiful San Juan Mountains. A great front porch and large
front windows face the Amphitheatre Mountain Range, with the yard
well landscaped. 4th of July and New Years fireworks can enjoyed
from the yard, or thru the windows, as the view of the fireworks
mountain is magnificent! The inside colors are happy and bright, and
the kitchen opens to the living area, with a serving counter, being
great for breakfast. Prepare your own meals in this well equipped
kitchen. Included are TV/DVD, fireplace/stove in living area,
offering superb ambiance. As part of the BlackBearManor group,
breakfast can be enjoyed in Manor House next door for a nominal
upcharge. Walk to Artisan shops, and fine restaurants in Ouray, or
eat in, preparing your own favorite dishes. While 2 bedrooms have
queen beds, the 3rd has bunkbeds, allows for felxible sleeping of
your entire family. If you need more room for that reunion, you can
include the BlackBearManor house, offering 9 bedrooms, all with
private entrances and baths, sleeping another 18-20 people.

Well equipped kitchen, TV/DVD, stereo CD player, fireplace, and
jacuzzi next door. Also, the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and fine
restaurants are only a short walk away.

vacation rental rates

From $800 a week low season to $1600 a week high season. May 15- Oct
15 is high season, with Jan 3rd- May 14th, and October 16th- Dec
22nd as low season. The July 4th , Thanksgiving week, Christmas
week, and New Years periods are holiday rates.
Normal stay is Sat to Sat, some exceptions available.
