Vacation Rental Description

If you love a rural setting, but need city life, then this is your 
spot. With a boathouse and 4 cottages from the 1920's tucked into a 
tropical acre, bordered by an historic river, and immersed in the 
middle of Miami's hot "Upper East Side", you'll feel like you are in 
Old Florida yet completely surrounded by the New. The boathouse, a 
large studio bedroom with bathroom and kitchen, is cantilevered over 
the river. Relax on the sofa and watch, through floor to ceiling 
windows, manatee,iguana,ducks,ibis, and turtles float by. It is truly 
a wildlife habitat, yet only 10 minutes drive to downtown Miami, or 20 
minutes to South Beach. Furnished with funky vintage, the boathouse 
has all basic conveniences -AC, WiFi, TV, DVD. 
 
With their cozy, wooden front porches, rustic furniture, and island 
colors, 3 cottages each have a bedroom and bathroom. The 4th cottage, 
included in the rental price, houses the common kitchen and living 
room area used by the other 3. There's also an outdoor shower for 
anyone who loves bathing under the sky. 
 
Plenty of lawns for games, cooking, dining, yet lush gardens for quiet 
and privacy. For swimmers, the bay is a 3 minute drive, the ocean 10 
minutes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

High speed wireless internet, all linens provided. Both kitchens are 
fully equipped. We are animal friendly.

$1000 a week for the boathouse 
$800.00 a week per cottage
