Vacation Rental Description

This is a one of a kind piece of Montana property.  The house sits  
on 5 acres on Finley Point and boasts of cherry orchards, a private  
campground, and a very large home that can accomodate as many as 15  
people (depending on sleeping situations).  Enjoy the view of  
Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains from the large deck that  
overlooks the lower orchard.  Public boat access is just 10 minutes  
away.  This property is fabulous for family reunions, large family  
vacations, or just a spacious place for a few friends to  
recreate.     
 
The pictures on the website do not do this property justice at all,  
we hope to have better ones soon.

Vacation Rental Amenities

- The upstairs of the house has new furnishings. 
 
- Big living room has 52" big screen TV with cable,a few movie  
channels, and a dvd player.  Not to mention great views of the lake  
and mountains. 
 
- Large deck (great views) with tables, chairs, and a barbeque grill  
(propane). 
   
- Master bedroom is beatifully furnished with queen size bed and  
private bathroom with shower.  TV with VCR/DVD. 
 
- 2 other upstairs bedroom are comfortably sized with queen sized  
beds. 
 
- Downstairs bedroom #1 has a futon that folds out to full to queen  
size. 
 
- Downstairs bedroom #2 is huge with 4 beds and a baby crib (a great  
place to put the kids. 
 
- Basement recreation area has a poker table, 7' pool table, and  
ping pong table, with plenty of room to spare! 
Step out of the basement to a secluded small patio with 4 person hot  
tub. 
 
- Kitchen has two ovens, stovetop with griddle, and pots, pans,  
dishes etc.  several cooks can work at once in this spacious  
kitchen.  Some condiments are available, we just ask that you  
replace what you use. 
   
- Two dining areas, one formal and one smaller casual that also make  
a great place to play board games. 
 
- Chest freezer in the garage for extra food storage.
