new high quality king size beds. Downstairs there is a play room
with a pool/air hockey table and a sleeper sofa, as well as a
bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a half bath.

The house is situated on one of the larger island lots which affords
additional privacy and ample parking. There is garage parking for one vehicel
and there is enough parking on the grounds for a boat or RV.

This house is located at the best part of the beach for ocean
swimming. Fripp Island boasts two premier golf courses, each is
about a mile from the house. There are eight fast dry and two hard
surface tennis courts across the street. Private or group lessons
are available. There are planned and supervised children's
activities, including nature activities, arts and crafts, and social
activities for teens. There is live music at the Sand Bar
throughout the summer season. Several fishing and crabbing docks
are located throughout the island.
