The private heated double car garageis a nice feature, providing secure, dry storage for all your skis, boards, or bikes. A large entree and closet keeps all your gear warm and ready for the next day without carrying anything up the stairs. A wonderful feature of our home.

Dillon Amphiteatre andLake Dillon are only 2 blocks away.a short walk on a cool Saturday evening for free concerts all summer long.

A gas stone fireplace provides the ambiance of relaxation when you return home, with a kitchen bar inviting all to gather and enjoy the days memories. If you decide to eat in- our kitchen is highly appointed or enjoy the many nearby local or chain restaurants. We help the search with a notebook of restaurant menus.

The separate and large dining area is appreaciated by many guests. A sit down meal with your family may not occur in the race of life at home so allowing the space and furnishings for a dining experience enhances your time together.

One of two decks faces east- great for morning coffee. Our other deck faces west with grand sunsets, views of Buffalo and 10  Mile Range.

The third bathroom is on the main living area and compliments the lodge pole pine theme of the living area. Laundry room has a new high efficiency washer and dryer off this third bath on the main floor.
