Vacation Rental Description

It is hard to find a more affordable place to stay in the Florida  
Keys that compares to what you will get when you rent this beautiful  
home for a relaxing vacation.  The property is actually two separate  
homes (duplex).  The first floor only is being offered for rent at  
this time.  It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a screened porch, as  
well as full access to a large dock and deck area.  Upstairs home is  
only used sparingly.  Renters will in most cases have the entire  
grounds to themselves.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is enough space to dock multiple boats in the water if needed.   
There is also a private community boat ramp available for residents.   
Home is located at the entrance of a canal.  It has open water access  
and view (Gulf side).  Fishing is allowed right from the dock.  8  
minute boat ride to Tavernier creek, allowing access to the Atlantic  
Ocean side.  5 minute boat ride to a waterside gas station via  
neighborhood canals.  Large circular front driveway can accommodate  
multiple vehicles and boat trailers.  Washer and drier are  
available.

Activities and Attractions

The Upper Keys area offers countless diving, snorkeling,  
and fishing opportunities.  Not to mention the many restaurants  
and bars which are a short distance away via car or boat.

$950 per Week 
$3,000 per Month 
$6,800 for 3 Months(Winter Only)
