Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on a canal leading into Lakes
Henry, June and Carrie, with a view of Lake Henry. The home has been
completely updated and beautifully decorated, with hardwood floors
throughout.

There is a Hot Tub outside with a view of the water to enjoy. We
drain, clean, refill and add the necessary chemicals to the hot tub
between every guest.

The Master bedroom has a King-size pillow top bed. The Guest bedroom
has a Queen-size back support bed. In the living room there is a
large comfortable couch, with two comfy chairs. The Sun porch has a
table and chairs and an extremely comfortable dual reclining couch.
There is an outside hot tub for your enjoyment. There is a dock where
you can keep your boat with an umbrella and 2 Adirondack chairs.

Our home is located in a beautiful, peaceful area, with very friendly
neighbors.

All towels, linens, dishes, silverware, pots and pans included.

Weekends: 2 nights = $400; 3 nights = $450
Weekly : 7 nights = $800
Monthly: January - April = $1,800/month
Monthly: May - September = $1,500/month
October - December = $1,800/month

Monthly rentals include up to $100 in electricity per month

Holidays and Special Events - Higher

Refundable Deposit: Weeknd - $250, Week - $450, Month - $750

Deposit to reserve home: 1/2 rental total due to reserve, remaining
amount due two weeks prior to arrival

If you leave the home clean, there is no cleaning fee; however, if
the home needs extra cleaning, there will be a cleaning fee.

Check in 3 pm. Check out 12 pm.

Cancellation Policy:
FOR MONTHLY RENTALS: If reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to
arrival, total amount will be refunded, minus a $75 administration
fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival,
reservation deposit is forfeited.

FOR WEEKEND AND WEEKLY RENTALS: If reservation is cancelled 30 days
prior to arrival, total amount will be refunded, minus a $75
administration fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival, reservation deposit is forfeited.
