completely fenced in.  Stone circular driveway also nicely  
landscaped.  Outdoor shower on deck, gas grill and patio furniture.

Interior includes 6 appliances in kitchen including washer and  
dryer.  Fireplace, cathedral ceilings and all oak flooring  
throughout the house.  Master bathroom with large jacuzzi and  
ceramic tile.  Dining Room and Loving Room furniture just recently  
updated with leather furniture.  Master Suite on first floor with  
sliding door to deck and pool.  Living Room also can be exited to  
pool and deck.  Up and downstairs tv and dvd.  All linens, dishes,  
pots and flatware.  Skylight in Dining Room  Air conditioning and  
ceiling fans in all rooms.

Waterfront restaurants, scenic bays with kayaking, canoeing,  
swimming, bicycling, tennis, golfing and many more closeby.  Short

Vacation Rental Rates

$11,000 for July and $12,000 for August. Weekly rentals also  
available for 2 week minimum stay at $6,000.  Currently, the entire  
month of August is available.
