Beautiful, spacious and comfortable VILLA (not a condo) with own 
private solar heated swimming pool in spectacular private gated 
community of Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club.  Villa has three 
bedrooms (one set up as an office with a sleeper sofa). Comfortable 
and relaxing Master suite.  Will comfortably sleep 6 adults.  This 
villa is completely equipped for your enjoyment, including a fully 
equipped kitchen, gas grill on the lanai, microwave, dishwasher, full 
size washer and dryer, three televisions with DVD or combo VCR/DVD 
players, nice audio system, all towels and linens (including beach 
towels), pool/beach stuff, and even two sets of golf clubs.  "Just 
bring your toothbrush and bathing suit!" 
No Smoking.

Heritage Oaks is a bundled private Golf and Country Club experience.  
Club facilities include a golf course, driving range, tennis courts, 
fitness center, five swimming pools, and a newly renovated clubhouse 
with great dining and lounge areas.  All in a serene and beautifully 
landscaped setting.  You'll never want to leave.  Additionally, the 
world famous beaches of Sarasota are mere minutes away, along with 
everything the vibrant, urbane metropolitan area of Sarasota has to 
offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

May-September               $1,900/month 
October-November            $2,400/month 
December                    $3,000/month 
January-March               $4,300/month 
April                       $3,000/month 
 
Additional charges: Membership transfer fee of $200 for golf and 
country club facilities (mandatory), paid at commencement of rental 
period (irrespective of number of months rented).  Cleaning fee 
charged on exit.  Florida state and local sales tax of 10.5% on 
rentals of less than 6 months duration. Golf cart and greens fees 
apply on a pay-per-use basis.  Longer term lease rates available, just 
ask !! No smoking.
