villa is completely equipped for your enjoyment, including a fully
equipped kitchen, gas grill on the lanai, microwave, dishwasher, full
size washer and dryer, three televisions with DVD or combo VCR/DVD
players, nice audio system, all towels and linens (including beach
towels), pool/beach stuff, and even two sets of golf clubs.  New tile in main living areas and new carpet in all bedrooms in 2012.  Comcast basic internet service is included in the rental - you just need to hook up your own laptop to the modem and plug in the power.  "Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit!" Heritage Oaks is a bundled private Golf and Country Club experience.
Club facilities include a golf course, driving range, tennis courts,
fitness center, five swimming pools, and a newly renovated clubhouse
