Winter Rates:
September - May
$295/day (3 day minimum)
$1495/week
$4995/month
Summer Rates:
June-August: $345 per day, $2195 per week
$1000 refundable security/damage deposit due at the time of booking.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) for a 3% fee.
On all rates there is a 10.5% city tax and cleaning fee of $150.
Full payment due at the time of booking or 60 days prior to your
stay.
