Dolphins Dance - Clean, Comfortable, Affordable and Private in Cape San Blas

Cape San Blas has an unbelievably beautiful white sand beach which
stretches for miles. It is unspoiled and pristine and rated number one in the USA!  Accommodations on
the Cape are all restricted to four stories or less - you will not find any highrise hotels here! The beach is
pet friendly too! Dolphins Dance is a town home located in the gated
Barrier Dunes complex. This complex is located just 1000 feet from
the entrance to St. Joe's Peninsula State Park. The complex has two
pools, one of which is located directly on the beach, lighted tennis
courts and a children's playground. The pool by the tennis courts is
heated. Dolphins Dance is tastefully appointed and has three decks.
Two of the decks overlook a small lake and are very private. The lower
deck is covered and has a gas Bar-B-Q. The third deck has a gulf view.
Covered
parking is available for up to three cars or two cars and a boat.
Dolphins Dance is just steps to the beach via boardwalks. The community is very friendly, family oriented and pet friendly.
Once you come and discover the beach, you very well might want
to keep coming back. That's what happened to me!

Dolphins Dance is a fully equipped pet friendly home. It has a full
kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage
compactor and also has everything you will need in the way of
utensils, plates etc. The living room has a TV with VCR and DVD
player and you will find a selection of films to view in the
cabinet. There is also an extensive library of books for you to enjoy. The two bedrooms are upstairs and both have their own full
bathroom, ceiling fans and patio doors to either a private deck
overlooking the lake or a gulf view balcony. Both bedrooms also have a
TV and one has a VCR, the other a DVD player. This is one of the
largest two bedroom town homes in Barrier Dunes. Everything you need
to have a blast on Cape San Blas,
including beach gear, with chairs, both adult and kids, umbrellas, toys, skim and boogie boards and even two adult bicycles. A washer and dryer are
also available and free to use inside Dolphins Dance. Dolphins Dance now has

On site you can enjoy the pools and tennis courts, but most people
come for the beach. In the area you will be able to take advantage
of many activities, including horseback riding on the beach, nature
hikes, birding, fishing in the small lakes on site or deep sea
fishing, whale watching, sailing, canoing, kayaking, golfing, wind
surfing, scuba diving, surfing and boating. You can be as busy or as
quite as you like. Cape San Blas is just east of Mexico Beach and
west of St. George Island, near the charming towns of Port St. Joe
to the west and Apalachicola to the east. There is a restaurant
within a mile and groceries within four miles. Port St. Joe and
Apalachicola are charming towns with great local restaurants that
specialize in fresh seafood. Both have interesting shops, including
antique stores. This area is called the Forgotten Coast because it has so far been forgotten by most tourists. If you are interested in a wonderful, local, laid back Florida, then this area is for you!

April 12 - August 8, 2009, $1350 / week, $275 / night
August 9 - Sept. 11, 2009, $1150 / week, $225 / night, $2500 / month
Sept. 12 - March 5, 2010, $750 / week, $160 / night, $1500/month
Cleaning fee is $85 for weekly rentals and $125 for rentals longer
than one week, and fees apply to those who wish to bring pets, and
depend on the number of pets and the length of stay. 11% Florida taxes
apply. In order to make a reservation, a $300 deposit is required and
this converts to a refundable damage deposit during occupancy. It is refunded to you promptly when you check out.
