vacation rental description
This vacation home is unlike anything you will find in Las Vegas.
We have just done some major renovation work to both the inside and outside of the home.
Over $35,000 worth of upgrades, all the carpet has been taken out of the home and replaced with new wood and or tile floors. As well, many of the bedrooms and bathrooms have just got a new coat of paint.
Bran new dishwasher, stove, refridgerator. All new fresh linen, sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
Outside we have resurfaced the pool deck and all 3 back patios, at the front entrance we have put down new tile and decrotive rock on either side of the tile. New patio tables and chairs, new pool loungers, as well we have freshened up the landscaping.
And much much more, these are just a few examples of all the upgrades we have done. We still have plans for more renovation improvments.
If you are looking for a place that's unique, this is it. A

elegant formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets,
granite countertops, sub-zero refrigerator and breakfast bar.
Gorgeous master suite with backyard views, walk-in closet, and
private bath with a wonderful tub. Large family room with big screen

In the game room you will find the pool table, the poker table,
and a fireplace. The backyard is entertainers delight with
mature landscaping that looks like a city park, a tree house, and an in ground
trampoline, covered patio, and sparkling crystal clear swimming pool. Plenty
of space for parking over 50 cars, Absolutely gorgeous!
If you would like to rent only the Casita, it is avalible for ony $395 per night and you have full use of the entire grounds and swimming pool.
