Luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo - 1200 square feet
with ocean and pool views. Elevator access - top (6th) floor (no
upstairs neighbors). Access to New Smyrna's world famous beautiful
beach is just off the pool deck. Located just one-half mile south of
3rd Ave and New Smyrna's most popular shopping center including dozens
of restaurants, grocery stores, and and lively evening entertainment.
Walking distance to Chases on the Beach.
We have recently remodeled the condo and it is beautiful with awesome direct views of the ocean and beach. All the appliances are new and there are granite counters in the kitchen. NEW hardwood bamboo floors in Master Suite and second bedroom. We spend time there when it's not rented, so we have beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, videos, books, games, etc. to make you feel more at home. The Master Suite has a pillow top king bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the oversized Family Room has 2 full size sofa beds. Both bedrooms and the Family room have DVD/VCR/TV. Family Room has a 52" Big Screen TV! There is also FREE WIFI at the beach condo and free cable in all Bedrooms and Family Room. We have a library of books to share - we also do a paperback book exchange.

To hold the week, there is a $400 security/damage deposit, most people overnight that so they are assured the dates, the week is still available until a deposit is received. The deposit is returned after check out and the unit has been inspected, via online bank check. One half of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival and the balance is due at check in. The rate includes all taxes, the cleaning fee is $84. Any monies collected within 30 days of arrival time must be cashiers check; money order or cash, due to the inability to have personal checks clear in time and must be in US Dollars.

Huge Family Room (23x14), sofa bed - can sleep up to 9 people. This
is a non-smoking condo. Two community pools (one heated in the winter),
shuffleboard and a large deck for sunning. Game rentals and Sun tents
available at office. Chairs, umbrellas and cooler in storage closet on balcony.

Swimming, Sunning, Shuffleboard, and Surfing are just the beginning
of this relaxing, fun-filled beach vacation. During the winter
months, one of the pools is heated for your enjoyment. Just a short
walk on the beach to Chases - which is an outside restaurant/bar with
a pool -only 18 and over allowed in the pool area - water volleyball
and live entertainment on most weekends. Lots of other entertainment
within minutes, both on Flagler Avenue and on A1A.

Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Bike Week, Race Weeks, etc)
*FALL SPECIAL* $125 per night (minimum 2 night stay) plus cleaning fee
