Lago Vista is our oceanside home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ocean
Sands Section K (#77-K). It is Lake Front and Ocean view! Sit on
the decks and listen to the relaxing sound of the surf while
watching the abundant wildlife around the lake - herons, egrets,
turtles, and fish! Early risers can enjoy breathtaking ocean
sunrises! The lake's jogging/walking path leads you to a community
pool (in addition to our Private Pool) and tennis courts. It is just a short walk to the beach.
The exterior of the home has been freshly painted. Interior updates
include new refrigerator, washer, dryer, upscale bedding, and new
kitchen items. We also have free wireless internet!
Our home has a fabulous L-shaped private pool with pool furniture
and a dining table. The Private sunken hot tub is on a separate gated level
with easy access from the mid level queen bedrooms and the pool
area. The grill area has 2 park grills (charcoal) and L-shaped
seating. There is also an outside shower.

Top level: Great room with gas fireplace (off season) has fantastic
views of the lake and ocean. It also has cable TV/DVD/VCR and a
stereo system. King master bedroom with private bath and TV, kitchen,
half bath, and wrap-around deck with seating and dining table. 

Mid level: Two queen bedrooms with access to covered wrap around
deck and hot tub, bedroom with 2 singles, bedroom with Pyramid bunk
with trundle (sleeps 4), 2 full baths, and book library. TVs with
cable/DVD are in each bedroom (two bedrooms also have a VCR).

Lower level: Game room with cable TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, foosball, game
table, games, movies, exercise bike, queen sleep sofa, mini
refrigerator, oversized full bath, washer, dryer, and access to pool
area.

New for 2013: Upgraded bedding and gameroom furniture.

New for 2012: New central air and a new park grill.

New for 2011: Upgrade master bedroom to a King and added additional upscale bedding.

New for 2010: Upgraded kitchen appliances - New microwave, dishwasher, and range.

Currituck Club Golf is extremely close, as well as shopping at Timbuck II.
The 4WD area is close by - take a drive on the beach to see the famous Corolla
wild horses.
